They are real parts man. Don't listen to Redrock, krapy is right. Common knowledge. Although I would suggest the 3M plastic mufflers bushings and go traditional blinker fluid. Those things dont get hot enough for synthetic. But definitely chexk for leaks and overflow. VERY prone to it.

I've got to believe the OP is trolling everyone.
If you're really asking, though, I think Quadratec sells some really cool carbon fiber muffler bearings. They're a little pricey, but they're really light and look cool. As far as the blinker fluid, personally I think either synthetic or regular is fine, but don't forget to add the regulator additive to keep the blinkers from flashing too quickly.

Just get Chuck Norris to pee all over your Jeep. You'll never need to replace, lube, wash, wax anything ever again. Best stuff on earth. I hear, for an extra $5, he'll blow air into your tires, and never get flats again. I should have sprung for the extra 5 spot. :(

I actually own three jeeps and work on my own stuff. Just a little attempt at humor. Those were some of the things the mechanics in the Army would trick people with. Happy New Year everyone.

I got sick of my blinker fluid leaking - I tried to RTV the bulbs in to make it stop but it didn't work... so I switched from incandescent blinkers to an Helium-Argon based blinkers. They are guaranteed to last the life of the vehicle and require no fluid to run the blink pump.

Yeah, it felt a little too much like you were fishing... Thanks for the laugh! (oh, and if you need the Mopar part number for the blinker fluid additive, let me know )
