Default Need help

I changed out my rear brake lines to add longer ones. Well now my brake light is on and wont cut off. When i put the jeep in gear it goes forward and reverse coasting but it does feel like one of the brakes is still on. what do i need to do thanks

You may need to bleed the lines better.
all 4 gravity drain may help.

Sorry, couldn't help my self. I would start with the simple stuff. Is the master full of clean fluid? Is there a leak? Did you get all the air out of the lines? Do the wheels spin freely? Did you leave a line clamp on? Is the pedal firm?

the master is full and i havent found a leak, i have bleed it like at least 10 times. no line clamps. oh and the pedal is not frim but still brakes. i dont understand what would keep the brake tight?

just took off the rear left wheel and the brake is tight against the disc. anyone know how i can release it?

Try relieving the pressure by unscrewing the bleeding screw, then gently pry the brake pads (being careful not to damage anything) until the caliper compresses. You will have to bleed the brakes again...The rule of thumb is to bleed the caliper farthest from the master cylinder...

just lifted up on the ass end and spun the tires and the spin with no resitance . but when i look at the pads they look like there firm against the disc. so my question for this is how far are the pads suppoesed to be from the disc?
