Default Need Approval From the Board

I finally saved enough to get me some tires and a lift! I'm looking to purchase 35" Goodyear MTR/k's and the AEV 3.5" lift with steering correction. The only issue is that I already have procomp 7005 17"X9" wheels with 4.75" backspacing and -6mm offset sitting in my garage. Does anybody foresee any issues with running these wheels with this setup?

That's still less backspace than stock... so I think you should be fine -- off the top of my head.

right, but i spoke with aev and they did not confirm that it would work. they said that their wheels have +10mm offset whereas these procomps have a -6mm offset. i then thought i would call procomp...the guy i spoke with was kinda rude and not helpful at all.

You will be fine as stated above, those are basically the same wheels I have (look a little different but basically the same demensions). Ya wanna really look cool, get yourself some 1.5" spacers after ya get it all together. Really makes it look wide.

Both have about 4.75" back spacing. Aev wheels are 8.5" wide. Yours are 9" wide. That's the difference in offset. Yours will stick out .5" more.

Your Procomps will work well.
