Not covered under warranty?

Are you or someone else installing it? No belt dressing (not recommended)? Proper routing and pulley alignment? Tensioner giving enough tension? Any certain conditions? Cold? Rain? Etc?

You may want to take the belt off and check the belt tensioner and the idler pulley. Could be that one or both of those have gone bad and they're wobbling around. But it's still odd that your belt would slip off if routed correctly.

Something's out of alignment, tensioner would be a good place to start checking.

Most like tensioner, but if not here is a weird one. Never seen it on a Jeep, but I had a car with a bad compressor pump cluch, it couldn't spin at high rmp and would throw the belt. At low rmo nothing seemed wrong -wwiifirearms

Stop going to Micky D's and trying to wear belts that are too small.

Velcro belt, those things hold tight and there's no buckle to scratch the Jeep.
