I know it's not the answer you want, but maybe you can get it powder coated, or even just clean it up and repaint.

Wow! This guy just made me wanna go buy the metal mulisha exhaust! Coming in here on this thread with this buncombe. What a condescending, ninny hammer, troglodyte, omadhaun! Engage yourself in egoistic carnal knowledge. No body asked to come in and degrade people they came in for help!

They don't have to be welded since the problem isn't at the clamp area. The tips are on a slightly downward angle but have a quarter inch lip at the end which prevents the water from running off. Its just poor design. Probably just gonna take them off and spray them.

For that kind of money they should be stainless.

I'll admit, the Mulisha theme loured me in since i used to ride dirt bikes a lot. I'm old enough to know i should have went with something more plain and simple and spent the money where it mattered more, but i did it anyway. Lesson learned.

X2 on the drilling whee it is pooling. But if it is rusting everywhere I'd probably call the vendor and try to get a refund.

I would find out if they are 304, 409, or aluminized steel.

When u purchase an exhaust I would dig into the quality of steel.

For example aluminized is fine for Florida but will rust away badly after a few salty winters.

409 is the strongest but will develop surface rust unless treated.

304 are the highly polished exhausts and is the most common steel among import tuners from when I was a ricer.

Personally went with a 409 system and treated it with everbrite before i installed it.

Someone chime in if I'm off about my facts it was a few years ago I dug into all this.
