I have the same exhaust. Had the rattle and got teraflex exhaust spacers. Problem fixed! Have your tips started rusting on the inside yet?

If you can pull the pipe back off of the stock connection and notch out the pipe on the AFE piece where that nipple makes contact. That way the exhaust will slide farther forward. Only need to notch it about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch.
