get bbq paint or engine paint to handle the heat

bedliner spray would most likely burn off and not smell so good either

its gonna burn off quick, and maybe trash the muffler quicker because of the heat produced by doing it. use heat resistant spray paint!!!!!!

If you are going to paint a muffler, paint it with something that will have some benefit. Black Satin thermal barrier coating will hold heat inside your exhaust and keep the exhaust gases from contracting due to heat loss which in turn keeps exhaust velocity high.

Not trying to be negative but why do you want to paint your muffler?

I know of a guy who kept banging it up on ground (even with a 3.5" RE lift) He has a 2007 4DR Rubicon. He took it to the local muffler shop and had them relocate it under the driver side out of the way...he is happy where it is...he had them replace it with a magnaflow.
