Default MT or AT tires??

Trying to decide what type of tire to run. Looking in the 35" flavor. I would like a tire that is true to size as well. The jeep will mainly be a DD. Need a tire that is good all seasons (rain, snow etc...) Looking at Goodyear MTR/K, Pro comp xtreme MT or their AT and also Nitto Terra AT??? Any advice/suggestions?

Duratracs are definitely well liked around here for a hybrid AT/MT tire. Also, you might consider the Toyo Open Country MT's - they're heavy, but tough as nails.

I second the Duratracs....were great all summer and are kicking butt in the snow. They look much more aggressive then a standard A/T, so it's a good middle ground in my opinion. my 315/70/17 advertised at 34.4" I think actually run at 33.75" because I've got them on a 9" wide wheel and at 35 psi....plus they're mounted under the weight of my JK.

Nitto trail grappler. Aggressive tread and quiet on road.

Another duratrac owner here. I love em. Don't get toyos. They are brutal on ice. Great summer tires though. I'll be running 37 toyo mt's when the snow melts.

I like my Toyo MT's. They do well for me rain, snow, ice, whatever. I personally wouldn't want AT's on my Jeep...they look too much like the tires they put on those cheezy chromed out Hummers. Mud tires just fit the whole Jeep image better, but that's just my opinion.
