Default More Wear On 1 Tire

I just bought 5 new tires for my JK and installed them. Now, the old tires I would rotated the spare but only a few times and I may have not rotated as much as I should have. They are Goodyear Duratracs and have about 60,000 miles on them. I was looking at them the other night and noticed that one of them is worn so much more than the other 4 tires. Any ideas? I know the Tech told me that 1 of the tires was out of balance by 5 ounces. Would that be the issue for the worn tire? Thanks in advance for your input.

Merry Christmas to all!

Is the tire wearing in the center or on the edges?

I would say more on the center. The other tires seem even and hardly any wear?

It could possibly have been a tire pressure issue. Did you check them regularly?

Also, when you rotated the spare in did you make sure to rotate each tire to the spare for the same amount of time? If one tire didn't get rotated to the spare position and always remained on the vehicle that could be a possibility too.

This could possible be the issue. Sometimes waited longer to rotate.
