Mopar Off Road bumper and the PowerPlant
Bought my pride and joy in March with a lot of dealer installed Mopar accessories. One of them was their offroad bumper with the cut out for a winch to sit inside the bumper. Afterwards I was made aware of the Warn PowerPlant. Unfortunately the two do not seem to be an easy fit. I have not seen the PowerPlant in person so I do not know how it would interfere with the bumper hoop. The nice thought is that since the winch sits within the bumper I would have the space to fit it in. Too wishfull I know.
So, has anyone ever tried to combine the two? Either by removing the hoop completely or (the prefered) raised the hoop or removed material from the back and bottom to make the Warn PowerPlant fit?
Ideas comments and especially solution appreciated.

I haven't tried the Powerplant so can't answer your question exactly. However, I do have the off-road bumper with a Warn Ti. The Ti is a pretty tight fit in there front to back.
It would be worth checking that the Powerplant fits the footprint even if you remove the hoop as unless it is the same footprint or less than the Ti then it won't.
If you're set on the Powerplant then it would probably be an easier option to sell the Mopar bumper and get ne that works with the bigger winch.
If it were me I'd go with a smaller winch (e.g. the Ti) and have a separate compressor (e.g. The ARB under the hood set-up). That's eactly what I did do in fact ...
