Default Mopar lift kits, anyone?

Looking at the catalog for MOPAR, they show a 2.5 and a 4" lift kit available for hte JK.

Since i need to retain the warrenty, using AM products are nto an option.

Has anyone done the mopar lift kit?

If you believe AM lifts will void your warranty, than these will also. They are in the performance catalog and offer no warranty protection. They are typically rebadged Rubicon Express suspensions sold for 1.5 times the price.

that is correct. neither do aftermarket ones. You are mistaken if you believe that because it is Mopar products it is different.

meant to say mopar products do not void the warrenty if an item breaks is due to it.

am products can, or the shop can say it does and flag the vehicle. have seen it happen on more then one occasion.

Edit: thanks for your input though, it is appreciated

It all depends on the dealerships willingness to do the work. I have a very non-mopar lift and i havent had any issues with my dealer. Some will "void" a warranty with ANY lift. They really cant truly void it, but they will give you a lot of grief about fixing warranty issues. My dealer will keep the warranty with either lift that they sell. You may want to talk to the service manager at your dealership about what he is willing to work on.

Going in Friday to discuss. And that was the point i was trying to make, you just made it more eloquently. being mopar i have a legal leg to stand on if they try.

The local dealership that I bought my Jeep from said they'll have no issues with a 2.5" lift or "Budget Boost," And that the MOPAR lifts would affect my warranty the same as any other lift would. Obviously, your dealership may be different.

Those are not accessories. They are in the performance catalog. sorry.

The long arm is Rubicon Express for 1.5 times the price. Not sure about the other lift.
