I grabbed a 'Jeep Accessories' sheet from my local dealer last week. This is the closest I have seen to a 'written' warranty on aftermarket parts. (I don't have a scanner, but this is what it says...)
This is from The Faricy Boys dealership in Colorado
I didn't ask while I was there, but the way I read it, the 3/36 mfg's warranty applies to all of the accessories that do not have the *. (chrome grill, air deflector, remote start, heated seats, etc)
And the lifts and intake are covered by a 12month 'parts' only warranty. (but it doesn't spell out dealership vs mfg's...)
Anyway, at least this one particular dealership is backing up their aftermarket items in writing.

I wouldn't get the mopar kit if I were you. their alot of money for essentially a budget boost. Go with rubicon express or teraflex. Both are very good lift companies.

I talked to my dealer today about installing a lift. They had no experience with the Mopar Performance lift - have never seen it, but had installed quite a few OME lifts. I thought that was interesting.
