just another option... Rampage makes awesome locking hood latches. They look great, replace factory plastic holds, both sides securely lock, and better yet they have adj tension to hold the hood very snug to eliminate all hood flutter. I love these and am surprised not more people use them. Roughly $85.

 

I have the AEV front bumper with winch and bull horn. Installing the mopar hoodlock came with two problems: 1) getting the grill off. 2) bull horn blocks the key. Here's a video of the problem and solution:
