Whenever I ran sea foam in the tank on either of my harleys, I noticed a definite reduction in MPG while that stuff was in the tank. Maybe a 10-20% reduction. I had one positive result with sea foam in a chain saw. It would run, but not idle. I struggled with it like that for more than an hour. I put some sea foam in and in about 20 seconds it started to idle fine. So there are some cases where I believe it can help.
