As stated, it's a parts only warranty. You could get almost any other 2'' lift kit on the market, have every part of it break, and buy another 2'' lift kit and still come out better then with the factory lift.

The only parts on your Jeep that may have their warranty voided is the driveshafts. Even the Mopar lift can void the warranty on those. I have a 3'' lift and my front driveshaft died, however my dealer is very mod friendly and replaced it under warranty anyway

A lift will not void the warranty on the major items such as the engine, transmission, or transfer case.

This is the disclaimer from the 2011 Mopar Performance catalog, which is where the lift kits are:

"NO PARTS WARRANTY – “AS IS”
Mopar Performance parts beginning with a “P” prefix are sold “as is” unless otherwise noted. This means that parts sold by Mopar Performance carry no warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability, are excluded. (An implied warranty of merchantability means that the part is reasonably fit for the general purpose for which it was sold). The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Chrysler, Jeep® , Dodge and Ram vehicle and parts warranties are voided if the vehicle or parts are used for competition. The addition of performance parts does not by itself void a vehicle’s warranty. However, added performance parts (parts not originally supplied on the vehicle from the factory) are not covered by the vehicle’s warranty, and any failure that they may cause is also not covered by the vehicle’s warranty."

The dealer's can warranty their own work as they choose, but Chrysler does not. Also, many of the aftermarket kits carry limited lifetime warranties so if you shop wisely you can do well.

It's nonsense like this that confuses people. There is no lift that keeps your warranty on everything nation wide. Maybe your dealer will, but what if you break down on a road trip? That dealer could tell you to pound sand.

Don't spew meaningless rhetoric, it's people like you that cause these threads to constantly repeat again and again.

So any thoughts on installing a MOPAR lift (the good, bad and ugly)? I like that the lift is OME and doesn't VOID the warrantee (allegedly) I will be running 305-70-R16's Yokohama's on Procom's.

I like the 2.5" TeraFlex lift as well but the kit at Q doesn't come with all I need so probably will spend in the end the same as a MOPAR lift....
so what did you end up with?

Haha, I have yet to see anyone produce any written proof of any kind of warranty on lifts from ANY dealer. It's always, " They said they'd warranty it , etc."

True enough. I trust my dealer about as far as I can throw my jeep.

That sounds like a nice set-up you have going. Look forward to seeing the end result and what size tires you chose to run.

One of the local dealers I went to is selling brand new 2011's with lift and tires. The salesman told me everything is covered under warranty 100%.

I also believe a saleman about as far as I can throw him. I've yet to meet one who wasn't just looking to make a sale. They will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale. The bottom line is, GET IT IN WRITING.

Wanna talk about over priced. Check this out.

Oh, BTW, they want $29,700 for that X.
