Mods for 2010 JK Rubi
I just got a 2010 Rubicon 3.8 V6 2 door in black with 6 speed manual in it, I was wondering, what can I do to it with a 5k budget, I want to change wheels/tires with largest tires I can put on without a lift, a full exhaust, and intake, and a clutch... maybe bilstein shocks/steering damper?, Its a daily driver that wont see much offroad, except the monthly thing... are borla headers worth it?
Tell me what I can do to improve the performance and what can I do about the gay foglights?, Or what HID kit will fit...thanks again..
(Yes i moved to Orlando:P)
Thanks again.

why a clutch? waste of money for a daily driver that wont get off roaded much. id skip most of what you have listed, actually. largest tires are 33s without any kind of lift. thats 1" more than what the Rubi comes with. the rubi tires arent too shabby, either. the stock steering damper is more than adequate, also. no use changing it until it fails.
if i had 5k to spend, this is what i would do, assuming you are installing...
2.5" TeraFlex BB--$325 new, or you can find them around here for 250ish
OR 2.5" Terflex coil lift with shocks- about $800
35" tires on your Rubicon wheels-- about $1300 depending on brand, etc...
LoD Rear tire carrier- $1200.00
LoD Front bumper (not sure if they have a non-winch bumper, so maybe another brand. doubt you'll need a winch)-- $800
C Gussets--about $125ish installed
Flashpaq or AEV ProCal to adjust speedometer/TPMS, etc...
and then you'll have a few bucks left over. maybe get mirror relocators and take the doors off for that FL weather.
and of course, use Northridge4x4. call david and im sure he will put you straight.
for tires, id use discounttiredirect.com

for the fog lights, read in the MODS section..
pretty much if you spent time reading around the forum, you could've answered all your questions.

Ill leave the barnds to you. it should be your decision on what you like aesthetically and what you think is worth it.
I would do
a 2 to 3 inch suspension system. not just a lift. i would do a legit suspention
(control arms, trac bars, drag links, tie rods, springs, shocks, steering stabalizer.)
34 to 36" tires.
Front and rear bumpers and tire carrier.
diff covers, any sort of body protection/armor you think you would use/need
if you go taller than that i would throw in some drive shafts.
