If you need articulation or if the trail is rough (i.e., washboard road), disconnecting the front sway bar will make a big difference in keeping four tires on the ground and in ride comfort. But the only difference having quick disco's will make is saving 5-10 minutes of time manually removing and reinstalling the links with hand tools.

Nothing wrong with PSC Brawler rockers..... believe me i'm a fan.
however, for Western PA and the salt used on our roads during winters leaves these things too exposed to moisture & rust.....
first i powder coated them. - rusted in 2 years.
then last year, silver bed liner. which rusted through in 4 months! taking back to ziebart again this spring!

I would switch to something else, but since i have the body guards on, which has several nut-zerts drilled in the body, it's sort of committed to this setup.

that.... and getting married is all that's on my list.

I put a 4.5 lift on back in 09 for 35's. Now I have 37's. Now I wish I had just a 2.5 lift with flat PSC fenders and 37's. All the crap dealing with a 4.5 lift to make it durable, steering upgrades, was $ I could have used for other upgrades Snotty built rear bumper. You can't modify it to swing open with the tailgate since it's on a different arc. The handle and locking mechanism was made by Stone Age engineers or just stoned. Safety Hazard fixed with bungee cords. Rock Krawler drag link- it's not curved so it hits the track bar bolt on full turns; stopped with washers on the turn stops. Currie Tie rod- overpriced and took 3 design changes with the Tres. The second gen is the best. I never went for the upgraded bar since you had to ship the old one back and pay the difference. I had to rustoleum the bar since it didn't even have a coating from the factory to prevent rust!

I love my Sahara, but hindsight I should have gone with a Rubicon for the Dana 44 front axle and lockers.
