Cost ~$35 dollars and works perfectly with no shaking. I keep it in the back with and tighten it down just enough with a wrench and it doesn't move. We've had 20+ MPH winds regularly and no shake at all doing 70....
This times 2. Not sure if this is the same part number as mine but I went with the short arm Harley Davidson mirror. Love it. Does not shake or vibrate at all. I keep mine in the back too so it's always handy.

I have them and actually bought a second set of factory mirror (I got them cheap) so it cuts my install time down quite a bit.
I recommend the Dietech mirror brackets as well. I purchased a second set of factory mirrors and they work great.

I wasn't saying it was wrong...Just that i wasn't sure because I don't remember the part #. But now that you gave the left and right #, that sounds familiar because I remember the last digits were different.

I use the dietech mounts, purchase another pair of mirrors and its a quick install. A little on the costly side but well worth it.

I use the Olympic Safari mirrors. They do shake, but for the price, I can live with it. However I did discover when I stuck on some 3" convex mirrors from Autozone, the white sticky pad on the back of the convex mirrors acted like a shock absorber and images in those mirrors are steady as can be while driving.

I like these 5 X 8 mirrors for about $80. Clear view and no shaking. Perfect.
