Mirror relocation
I wanted to relocate my mirrors onto the body of the jeep so i can have them when i go doorless on paved roads. Is there any harm to haviing mirrors while offroading i.e. fitting through tight spaces?

These are the same Mirrors I have. I thought about the relocation kit for the stock Mirrors, but then I have to worry about hitting them on trees and everything else. If you run one of these up against a tree then they fold in or you can just take them off easily if you like. Smittybuilt makes some and they are only like $60 and come with the bracket and all and when you put your doors back on you just pull them off and leave the bracket for the next time.

Yep they are cheap work great. Left them on my rear bumper drove off they did not break.
*Edit* On Wheeling trips when I have the chance to take the doors off I bring them and just flip and fold them in

Check Quadratec I think they have OEM mirror relocation kits that will Run the power mirrors. They come with a blank plate to cover the hole on the Door from relocating it.

Definitely go with the quick release mirrors that have been mentioned and avoid the relocation of the factory mirrors. The issue with the relocation mirror kit direction is that the passenger mirror basically becomes useless as it is blocked by the windshield pillar. I looked at a Jeep the had these when I was buying and I Hated it. The quick release also comes in a square mirror similar in glass size as the stock mirrors and you should find them at either Extreme Terrain or Amazon for under $60. they should also be avail in either gloss or textured finishes, I like the textured personally as it goes perfect with the black fenders
