Minimal Lift, Flat Flares, high performance shocks and 35s

Looking good. I'm hoping to achieve stance like yours. I'm running 18/59's and going to add puck leveling kit down the road.

I would say you should look into ACE fenders they ran me about $500 and they look great...I went with metal flares over the plastic tubes and I would not have it any other way!

If you're going to run a bumper/winch, I'd recommend going with the EVO MFG or Teraflex Performance leveling kit that replaces the coils. The stock springs will sag in no time with the extra weight.
35s, leveling kit (spacers), and chopped flares. Rides like crap, not sure if it's the Bilstein 5100s, E rated tires, or combination of both. Tried down to 27psi, didn't help.

op. if u want to prerun like you were saying a leveling kit will not help. you are gonna bottom out the stock suspension on every bump. however, dont over think a leveling kit.

I went with minimal lift on my 2-dr. I went from 14/57 to 16/59 springs and have the Teraflex leveling kit, except I opted for only 1.5" spacers in the front instead of the usual 2". I also have Fox 2.0 shocks. I could probably fit 35's, but only have 33's.
For your 4-dr., I am very surprised that you wouldn't want to go with heavier springs. I had a 4-dr. Sahara, and the body roll and brake dive was terrible. I stiffened it up with Bilstein shocks, but it was still soft. That's why I went a little firmer on my 2-dr. It hanldes much better now. I'd go with 19/60 OEM springs if I were you. That will give you a little lift, and then with your flat fenders, you'd have the setup you want. If you decide you want more, get a leveling kit (spacers).

Are those the 33x12.50's or the 285/70's?
If 33x12.50's - can you get a nice shot showing how far out they stick out
If 285's - how are you liking that E rated tire ride? Would you buy the E's again if I handed you 1500 to buy new tires today?

Mine rides fine on e loads at 28 psi 18/59 with 2.5 inch bb and 33s. Ended up 5 inches front 4 rear. But I ran the 33s with trimmed flares and springs for a year with no problems
