Cool video
I am easily persuaded.
And already have a 2.5 lite not yet installed
Is there any downside or problems with the metalclock suspension. (Besides cost)

my honest opinion is its just like any other kits, you can have issues with anything or it may work perfectly fine. That being said i think its a quality kit and you shouldnt have any problems.

Default i dont care for the fact you must

use their brand lubricant only ! other will break it down & ruin it ! whos to say they will be around in 8 years from now ? not saying they wont . but I prefer to use general over the counter products
that's me . im sure these are quality joints but im not buying into a partnership

Oh man, have you seen the debt level of the government and unfunded liabilities?! I'd prioritize moving to Australia over avoiding MetalCloak. Just sayin...

im just pointing out a feature I don't care for on that aspect of it , I mean why didn't they make it so any greese would work and not deteriorate the bushing ?? its like saying here is a great coffee mug but when your through with the cup you have to buy coffee from us or the cup will deteriorate

I didn't say avoid , I said not a selling feature im interested in

They include the grease and you can not grease them anyway once they are put together so what is the problem?

Default well if they give you enough nothing wrong

im not exactly how long they stay lubricated I guess ? I just cant see the reasoning behind the idea that you cant use any brand lubricant : dontknow2: I guess its like buying a jeep and being required to buy only a mopar oil filter . we just say why I like wix better or fram although I only use Harley oil filters on my Harley and Harley dino oil in my bike , so I guess same thing ! but I know the filter wouldn't deteriorate if I chose a different brand of oil

I'm not sure they say it will ruin the bushing (don't recall if they have said it will or not) but I imagine it's all part of the warranty.

If you're not worried about warranty then you may be able to get away with using some other brand of lubricant.

I can't figure out why normal grease would cause the joint to fail?
