I'm about to install the 2.5" dual rate ARB edition. Does anyone know if the upper ca.s will need adjusted, and if so to what specs. The instructions say that they are set for the 3.5".
Also if I'm going to run 35" tires and stock fenders what should my front and rear bump stops be set at. Was going to start with 3" but wasn't sure if that was right or not.
Any other info that one should know before starting the install would also be appreciated. Ha!

On the Metalcloak site it says 35's and stock fenders "Not Recommended" on the bumpstop chart. That said the chart is specific to the gamechanger 3.5 so I would either give them a call/shoot em an email or start at 3 and adjust if needed.

I ran the 3.5 MetalCloak lift with stock fenders & 35s with 3inch bump stops. I rubbed pretty hard at full flex. Make sure you cut the rear pinch seam or beat it in with a hammer.

300lbs of rear bumper and tire. 150lbs of front bumer and winch.

2.5" lift with the above weight added - I netted 3.25" in the front and 2.25" in the back. I only have about 40 miles on the 2.5" springs but the ride feels better than it did with the 3.5" springs. It is less harsh and has better response. I'll report back additional information later.

The 2.5" springs look good. I'll be getting my 2.5" tomorrow. I won't be able to install them for a while. I should sit a little lower than you, I've got the hard top going back on, aftermarket skids, PS Rocker knockers, and OR-Fab sport cage.

How are your drive line angles, and caster?
