This will be my daily driver and will get wheeled in the N. GA mountains, mainly on trails. It won't be bouncing off any rocks.

Questions:

Front drive shaft - what will I need?

3.6L/Automatic, 4.10 gears, and 35" tires - How will the power be?

What else am I missing?

My complete build list so far:
Metal Cloak 2.5" Duroflex Lift
Bilstein 5100 Shocks
Wheels - ProComp 7069
Gorilla Splined Lug Nuts
Tires - Goodyear MT Kevlar
AEV ProCal
Front Bumper JCR Dagger
Front Bumper Skid - JCR
Rear Bumper w/Tire Carrier ACE
Rock Rails ACE
Flat Fenders Wide*ACE
Synergy Jeep D30/D44 Front Axle Assurance Kit
Tuffy Conceal Carry Drawer
Tuffy Security Console Insert
Tuffy Security Tailgate Enclosure
Spider Web Shade JKini
CB & Antenna
Drake Offroad Fire Ext Mount and Clamps
Trail Cover
Winch - Warn M8000
SPOD
KC Slimlites - Long Range
As others have said you will be very happy with Metalcloak. I've had both RK and MC and there's no comparison (IMO). I've installed 3 RK lifts and two Metalcloaks with similar shock setup sand I think the ride and handling is better with MC (once again IMO).

As for the 35s and 410's you will be fine. I've driven two 2013s with 3.73's and 37s and they were very driveable, nothing like the 3.8.

Nice build list by the way.

That's good to know. Means I can put that off for a hot minute!

Correct me if I'm wrong but the pic with the driver side full droop it looks like the shock shaft is bending, which means the shock body is hitting the frame Take a peak with full passenger droop also as that's where I had my problem of the shock body hitting the frame and bending the shock rod, thankfully the Bilstein's shock shafts are cromoly and bend back

Nemesis makes a bracket that bolts on to change the orientation of the bottom shock mount by 90° and it also buys you additional droop, albeit you lose some uptravel.

When my PR 44 arrives I will be moving the bottom shock mount outward x 1 mount width to solve the problem. I don't have a front drive shaft installed right now and test flexed this one time with the new shocks. The shock body is hitting the frame in this pic where the shaft is bending.

I hope you ordered that pro rock 44 about 3" wider then stock. It will be a much better fit and will give you more room to widen out your brackets. Did you order the tubes naked so you could weld your own brackets on?

I installed the Nemesis front lower shock mounts on mine to fix the problem... till I can swing a set of Metalcloak Sixpack shocks
