I just "poped" the clip back in with no issues....Looks like it just wasn't seated properly. Just got the new tires yesterday and it's looking a little closer to finished. I took it out for a test drive on one of our local trails and put the flex to a little warm up test.
So far as the drive quality, it's doing great. Just driving down the road it's really just a stock feel until it comes to cornering in which it is so much better. Off road though is a huge improvement that I do notice quite a bit. I decided not to air down for the first little bit on a lousy Forrest road with lots of "wash boarding". It was still rough, but I was able to keep control at a little higher speeds and I wasn't pissing blood by the end. With it aired down in the same road,(only to about 18 psi) it was great. On the rocks and other obstacles it was what you would expect, nice and smooth with the ability to stay in control.

I was a little worried at first to go with the "no name brand" to save a couple bucks, but now that it's settled in, I have no complaints.

Nice build you have going there, I drove my friends JKU today with MC 2.5 and it was pretty nice.

I measured and I got 3.25" I measured the springs from stock ride. I have JKU and its heavy with 100lb front bumper and 85lb winch. Rock hard 4x4 skids under the jeep. It's a true 2.5 lift so if your stock expect little higher than 2.5. <img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=649763"/> This is what I used as a guide to measure.
I do have stock rear bumper and stock fenders.
