AEV diff covers front and back with 6 pak 3.5 GC, 35" tires, 2" bumpstops ,rubicon........no problems yet on full flex per this set up with Rubicon sway bar links .

I am thinking of getting the adjustable sway bar links and disconnect completely when doing harder of road stuff.

As I was under the jeep today though this is what I found. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow and see what they want to do about it. The lift had been on for the last couple of weeks with just some minor runs. Mainly un-maintained Forrest roads and a couple trails at a ORV.

Overall I am happy with the lift, I just wasn't expecting this.

I think the 90lbs Warn winch may have added to the rake.

Same thing happened to me...twice. Some of the clips aren't seated correctly even thought there look like it. I removed the arm and then used a socket and a dead blow to seat it enough to re-install the snap rings.

Btw this is not common but does happen from time to time, even with JJ's.
Snap it back in and go on your marry way.

I just "poped" the clip back in with no issues....Looks like it just wasn't seated properly. Just got the new tires yesterday and it's looking a little closer to finished. I took it out for a test drive on one of our local trails and put the flex to a little warm up test.

So far as the drive quality, it's doing great. Just driving down the road it's really just a stock feel until it comes to cornering in which it is so much better. Off road though is a huge improvement that I do notice quite a bit. I decided not to air down for the first little bit on a lousy Forrest road with lots of "wash boarding". It was still rough, but I was able to keep control at a little higher speeds and I wasn't pissing blood by the end. With it aired down in the same road,(only to about 18 psi) it was great. On the rocks and other obstacles it was what you would expect, nice and smooth with the ability to stay in control.
