We used the stock rear links on the front. It is far from flipping around when disconnected. With the "long" MC links we had interference at full lock and full wheel stuff.

They weren't drunk when they came up with the sway bar link lengths. There are no real or perceivable issues with the design.
Interference at full lock? That doesn't even make sense....

I can't remember exactly remember what the problem was, but when the steering wheel was turned full lock to the driver side and the passenger wheel was fully stuffed up, and the other way around, there was some rub between the sway bar and tire or sway bar and frame. Like I said, it was done almost a year ago and I can't remember exactly the problem. I could have been because of the wheel / tire combo and off set.
I never said they should not use it, just to make sure there is no contact between parts.

So far the on road ride of the MC with OME is great. It's definitely much stiffer than stock, but handles all the bumps better than stock or my AEV on my last Sport. It handles crosswinds way better than stock because of the lack of body roll. Head on winds are probably a little worse only because of the added height and the fact that I run flat fenders so it can feel like I'm dragging a parachute sometimes. I can't wait to see its performance off road. Just waiting for the flooding to stop in Texas.
