I hope they can work it out, I do all my business with NR and want a MC lift bad.

I have talked to both companies and both have come through and even beyond what was necessary. I hope they continue to do business, but if not I will continue to do business with both. Thanks to Matson for everything. Eric with NR4x4 also did more than enough to make everything work. Just ordered my 37" KO2's.

That's business as normal for them. I broke a shock while wheeling 8 hours from home. They sent a new one to my hotel next day air. Any issue I had with a part, a new one was in the mail the next day. When I listed my kit for sale last fall, Matson posted in the thread that the lifetime warranty will transfer to the new owner.

Probably cheaper for them to transfer the warranty than to keep replacing your parts.

Well that's good to know the arms I bought used are covered under warranty. Nice.

Good point.... Probably high fives all around when they saw it go up for sale. A somber day when they sent out 14 duroflex joints though
