The only way to get a killer deal is wait for free shipping from Metalcloak
Just an FYI, I ordered mine Friday from NR and they had same price as MC, but with free shipping.

This is true. They just started selling for the same price. I wish they would have back when they were running deals on metalcloak. They could have made a sale.

Make sure you're using all the down travel you can get first. In the rear, I used the MC brackets that located the shock higher. I then relocated it again to the point that the rear coils were just about unloaded. You shouldn't have any issue getting the 12" out of the rear. In fact, I know of a couple people who have 14s on the rear and get over 13" of travel.

For the front, same idea. Move a shock mount and add a coil spacer. That way you can fully compress the coil. The front 3.5" coils have something like 13.5" of travel. Use a coil retainer at the bottom and let the top unseat a little. 14" no problem.

The rear Overline fenders aren't really needed for the 6paks. The fronts make a world of difference with uptravel.

That said, even in the rear with 37s, I cut metal off the entire wheel well. On the front, my tires rubbed the grill (and that's with 3.5" BS wheels).

Thanks for the info. Since the rear shock mounts are already mounted, I was thinking of putting about a 1/2" spacer between the rear top shock mount and frame mounting point to gain more down travel. Do you think that can work? The mounting bolts are long enough to do that, I just don't know if it will work from a strength point of view.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. You'd only get an extra half inch though. It wouldn't be very noticeable.

I'd move the lower mount up. It's as simple as drilling a hole. Or, find the exact spot and weld them in.

I have come up with three issues that seem to happen a few times. Main issue I see is the bowing of the springs. Will that be problem for a 2.5"?? Next issue is the front shocks rubbing the frame. Are the Nemesis the consensus fix for that?? Lastly, are the front swaybar links an issue??

Metal cloak makes almost the exact same front lower shock mount as nemesis. The springs will bow in the back with any lift where you're gaining 3" of actual height. Coil wedges or moving the axle side mounts are your options.

Yep, mis alignment of the perches caused bowed coils, its not the manufacturer and will happen with any lift if you don't want to take the time or money to correctly line stuff up. The rotation of the axle can also causes issues with track bars, bump stops, and shock clearances.

I installed the nemesis brackets on mine - they work perfect. I'm sure the MC ones do as well. What's the specific issue with the links? I didn't install mine as I had JKS already but I hadn't heard any issues regarding the links.

I don't have any bowing of the springs BTW - at least not enough for me to notice.
