As with most companies, they don't work the weekends. I'd call that a 24hr turnaround. I suspect they get a crap ton of emails over the weekend.

Okay so it was not just me I called MC yesterday and spoke with Eric he definitly sucks. I usually only deal with Will whom has amazing customer service!

Long story short I ordered a couple t shirts a sweat shirt and some stickers and it's turned into a month long debacle of them having stuff then not actually having it and 5 emails and 6 calls being promised a refund. Spent $130 and got $30 worth of stuff.
