Check rear track bar bolt to see if it's hitting coil.

What if any C-Gussets? I have a combination of EVO and RK. My coils touch the gusset but they go not make noise.

Check each coil for wear. If they are hitting something it won't take ling to wear through the coating/paint that they are covered in. (smoking gun)

If any of this has been previously mentioned I apologize for the redundancy.
No problem. ..any help is very appreciated.

No marks from contact anywhere on any coils.

Rear trac bar is plenty far from the rear coils and no signs of contact.

No gussets yet either.

I'm baffled...lol

Shocks are Skyjacker M95's. I grabbed those and manhandled them'and'no discernable noise from them either.

Man I wish it was something simple. ..really don't feel like ripping coils out again

What's concerning me about the coils also is the fact they both bow slightly laterally?

Coils are going to bow, it's normal. Axle travels in an arc. You can adjust brackets, but not required.

Its just a very slight bow which isn't really the concern. More of the clanking that's really annoying.
Got on the horn with Will @ MC and shot some pics over to see if we can get to the bottom of this.

Squeaking Noise Update (haven't read this thread for a while)

I finally got my lazy ass under my JK last weekend and found the problem. The front driver's side spring was rubbing the frame. I measured to see if the axle was centered and it was about 1/2" too far to the passenger side (it was 100% correct when I installed the list but haven't check it since). I readjusted the trackbar and the spring had enough clearance. But I did notice the spring bowed a little to the inside. So I jacked up the driver's side and turned the spring 180*. I remeasured and the axle is center within 1/8". Torqued the trackbar down to 125 lb-ft, adjusted the drag link to center the steering, and no more squeaky suspension.

Update for my issues of clanking springs...

Been exchanging emails with Will @ MC and over the course of a day of trying out suggestions he gave me to no evail, he us sending me a new set of front coils.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Will and MC for amazing customer service. They've earned a loyal customer for sure.

I'll report back after they are received and installed. ..

I thought the front springs only go in one way. I thought there was a locating tab on the bottom spring pad that kept the spring from rotating and staying in a specific position.
