Local parts shops let you borrow spring compressors with a deposit. That's how I got mine in.

I ordered my 2.5 GC ARB yesterday. Now I am getting all my resources together. I thought I saw somewhere in this thread where someone posted all the torque values for the various bolts in the MC lift install. Has anyone else seen that? If not, does anyone know where I can look those values up?

Same values as stock. All control arms (except front uppers) are 125. Front uppers 75. Track bars 125. Lower shock bolts 56, rear upper 37. Front upper are impossible to get a torque on, but tight and start to squish the bushings.

thanks for the input on getting the springs in. I managed to get them in by unbolting the arms and drooping/tilting all the way. Now it was no fun getting the arms back in once the springs were in but I'm just about done. Can't get the rear track bar in yet but Im assuming that once I get it back on it's wheels I'll be able to either rock it or ratchet strap the body against the frame... Fingers crossed.

Once the Jeep is back on the ground, you can push the body with 1 finger and line up the trackbars
