considering that i bent the stock bracket, i have ordered some heavy duty artec shock mounts. i'm going to chop off part of this MC bracket, and weld it to the side of the new artec bracket. that should be pretty beefy when done.....but i'm obviously bottoming out my shock. really surprised it bent my factory bracket so easily. I'll snap a pic at some point.

I have the JKS mounts and have wheeled hard since installing them and they have not bent the shock mount.

It also looks like you you have a nice limiting strap there though too, no?

yes indeed. I do get full extension on my shock tho. seems to me there would be more likely hood of bending it from bottoming the shock out but maybe not. I run bump stops that keep that from happening. I also go slow in the big stuff and never jump so I'm sure that helps too.
