Default Metal Cloak 2.5 inch lift and steering issue

Hi all. Had the MC 2.5 inch lift installed on my 13 jk sport, and now it is slow to initiate a right turn. And once into the turn, have to keep turning to maintain the same arc. Only noticeable over 40 mph or so in right hand sweepers.
Alignment is fine, no bumpsteer, and only a touch of wandering, if any.
Might this be a symptom of the front axle being off-center to the right (indicating need for trackbar adjustment)? THANKS

Make sure your track bar is tight and torqued to spec. The other place I'd look is the ball joints on the drag link.

What are the specs?

Stuck to the top of the Writeups area is a good diagnosis for dw/shimmy. Wouldn't hurt to go through it to check all of the components.

What is your caster set to? Sounds like it may be too high, which causes slow steering.

Bingo - the axle-end bolt on the track bar was loose - spinning loose (frame-end bolt good). Tightened it to spec and will go for a test drive this afternoon. Thanks for the insight/recommendation.

And by the way, Will from MC contacted me to discuss and made the same recommendation. I will be doing more business with MC.

Rockchuck, which lift did you go with from MC? I myself have been looking at one of their 2.5" series. Would like to get your feedback

MC has outstanding customer service. Best part for me is it's within driving distance.

I went with this one:
JK Wrangler True Dual-Rate Lift Kit, 2.5"/3.5"
: $1,199.00
Sale Price: $1,099.00

Now that the steering issue has been resolved, am very happy with the lift. And of course the steering issue was not a MC problem!
Not sure what additional feedback I can give you; it drives, steers, and rides better that before.
