Metal Cloak 2.5 inch lift and steering issue
Hi all. Had the MC 2.5 inch lift installed on my 13 jk sport, and now it is slow to initiate a right turn. And once into the turn, have to keep turning to maintain the same arc. Only noticeable over 40 mph or so in right hand sweepers.
Alignment is fine, no bumpsteer, and only a touch of wandering, if any.
Might this be a symptom of the front axle being off-center to the right (indicating need for trackbar adjustment)? THANKS

And by the way, Will from MC contacted me to discuss and made the same recommendation. I will be doing more business with MC.

Bingo - the axle-end bolt on the track bar was loose - spinning loose (frame-end bolt good). Tightened it to spec and will go for a test drive this afternoon. Thanks for the insight/recommendation. Now that the steering issue has been resolved, am very happy with the lift. And of course the steering issue was not a MC problem!
Not sure what additional feedback I can give you; it drives, steers, and rides better that before.
