Default MBRP Roof Rack for 2011/2012
Hey all,

Does anyone know if the MBRP roof rack fits the 2011/12 MY? I have heard that there may be some fitment issues.

On a side note, has anyone run a Thule/Yakima box for road trips?

It doesn't fit. They are currently designing an updated version that will work, best way to figure out how far out they are from being completed would be to call MBRP and ask to talk to a tech, not a salesperson.

The current version does not fit. I emailed them last week and they said that they will have a production version that fits the 11/12 ready this spring but no set date.

That's what I'm also worried about lol... My jeep is my daily driver also, but I want to mod her till she looks like a tank!

Anyone heard any news on this? I had thought I read a thread way back when that there was going to be an updated version released in Q1 '12. That doesn't look to be the case. If anyone has any info, please let us know. Thanks.

Yeah I took it out today and it works/sounds great!

They've released the roof rack that fits the '11 and the '12.
