Mbrp cat back

What's up guys I got a couple questions. I'm new to exhaust systems. I want to purchase an mbrp cat back stainless steel exhaust. Will this cancel a warranty I have on the jeep? Also is this exhaust legal? Lastly this exhaust won't mess with the cat converter right?

Marco, can't answer your question on the mbrp exhaust but can tell you it will not affect your warranty.
