That is not a dump question at all. Currently - no. But I am sure there will eventually be options for that. When Jeep offered the Rubicon transfer case manufactures seemed to stop offering re-gearing kits. They were available for ealier years pre-Rubicon.

Best current solution: Get a Rubicon Case, or go big with at Atlas.

You can get an aftermarket case like an Atlas that CAN be regeared. BUt as stated, as of now, not the stocker. You can get a case from a Rubi and it will be different than an X or Sahara. I think the Rubi is like 4 to 1 and the others are 2.7 to 1 or somethin like that....I forget.

4-1 is right on the Rubi Tcase. Doesn't help your mileage but if your looking for slow and steady it will get the job done.

Idling down the trail in 4 lo alone hurts your mileage more then 4 to 1 does....

Yes and no. If you mainly wheel in sand, mud, fire roads or blasting around the 2.7:1 X case is better.

If you like to crawl on rocks and do technical stuff that could put you on your roof easy then the Rubicon 4:1 is better.

I blasted the sand dunes at Pismo Beach with my X case, spend a lot of time doing hill climbs in 3rd gear, 4 low. I guess with the Rubicon case it would have been 5th.
