So I am installing the evo flip kit and I didn't not receive the crush sleeve for the newly drilled hole on the knuckle. What are my options. I can not wait for a new sleeve from evo.

I am going to be honest I think you are out of luck next time check for all parts before starting. I did a quick search and have no idea where to get one really fast there is no way your local hardware store has one.

I was just talking to the local shop yesterday and they knew all about them. Give a call around and see if HCP has one down in Englewood.

I have the teraflex flip kit, the installer did not use the crush sleeve. He carefully used a conical drill tap on the link mount. He stated the crush sleeve was weak and not needed for my application. Now, if I could only tell you where to buy that drill.

Yeah but if he already drilled for the sleeve the hole is probably already to big.

So my solution was to cut a piece of air duct tin and make my own crush sleeve. It worked like a charm. I only drilled it out to 3/4 with a step up conical bit. This will work until I can make it down and buy a sleeve from the 4 wheel parts store.

I would say your installer is wrong but if it works fine then great!

then I would have major steering issues if they thought that. The flip kit works excellent.
