Default Maxxis Bighorn ,anybody have some input ???

I ordered the Maxxis Bighorn 305 70 17 today. Hoping these tires are all the dealer made them out to be. If anybody has any pic's or some reviews on this tire it would be great.

Beefy tires!! They are 8 ply and heavy as hell but got me through slick jagged rocks, thick mud, and sand.

On my second set. I got around 45k miles out of my last set and they could've went longer. In my opinion, they are a great all around tire.

The pic was pre-fender trim but good tire shot, lol!

I got them with 4000 miles on them and have since put another 4000 on them. I LOVE them. They have some rock chunking on the treads but nothing is going to kill these babies! They have so much more to go. They aren't loud on the road, they handle nice.

Mine are 35 12.5/17

Default Makes me feel better

Thanks for the pic's and info guys. They do look good and I'm very glad to here they handle well and souds like they will run a while. I'm guessing that depends on how often they get rotated and balanced. I think I'm gonna try every 3000 when I change my oil.

I rotate and balance every oil change. Try to find a place that rotates for free and make sure they rotate the spare in.

Great on the trails. Good road manners. They hum a bit, but not nearly as loud as some other aggressive tires out there. Not bad on snow/ice for an aggressive tire. You'll be happy with them.

Had 33 on a 07 taco. Loved them. Great in the snow. And 50,000 plus miles. Makes sure you rotate or the will cup.
