Post max energy vs just calibration w/ manual trans.

I have 35's in my Jk and need to recal the speedo. I have a manual with 3.73's and don't know that I will see significant benefit (it being a manual) in all of the engine tuning. Any opinions on the accupro vs hypertech? thanks.

accu pro is the model

Hypertech is the MFG.

If you are just wanting to change your speedo the accu pro works great if you want to add a little power the Max energy is the ticket.

thanks Northridge, I was speaking about the procomp Accupro or the new hypertech speedometer calibrator (http://www.hypertech.com/Products/Sp...r%20Calibrator) . I don't think there is much difference between the two, but I didn't know if anyone else was familiar with both.

They are the exact same product. accu pro and the speedo - Hypertech makes it for pro comp.

I installed the Max Energy ( cake ) on my 08 JK 6 speed with 35's, there was a definete improvement in low end drivability. My wife is just learning to drive a stick, after I installed it ( without her knowing) I asked her if she noticed anything, her response " it's easier and smoother getting it moving" I agree. I measured the tires ( M/T ATZ 35's measure 33.5) and the speedo is spot on by GPS.

I would suggest getting the calibration only.
I noticed no improvement in drive-ability.
Just my experience.
