I have the same exhaust and noticed the same issue about 8,ooo miles ago. No a single thing happened.

That tip will be the first thing to get damaged. And as previously stated "LAME". Sorry, just my inner self trying to get out.....

Put a hammer handle in the pipe and bend the end down yourself.

That might just end up distorting the nice round shape of the pipe.
