Default Lugs for steel wheels?

I have ordered Cragar 16x10 sim, bead lock steel wheels and have seen some others with same style rim- but what lugs are required for these? Quad-tech said use factory lugs? They are a taper cone and the rims hub is bigger than the wheel so its not hub centric and it also doe not appear to be lug centric??

I used the factory lugs, the cragar wheels are lug centric.

So you DID use the factory lugs and did not have to usa a hub-ring?

hey guys i would def. get rid of the factory lug nuts. i was left stranded while hunting one time because of the crappy factory lug nuts. it was on a tj and the factory ones had some kind of aluminum shell over them which was easily stripped off. not sure if the jks use the same but they sure look the same. once that shell was stripped off the wrench didn't fit the lug nuts and we were basically screwed. if it was one of the lug nuts i'd understand but it happened with two of them.

so unless you want to be stranded in the middle of a gigantic ranch in west texas....i would recommend replacing them.

The JK lug nuts aren't designed that way. They are like mag wheel acorn lug nuts.
