The 9" stubby antenna I got from Quadratec came with the antenna adaptor for free. It was stuck in the box in a little bag by itself and I almost threw it away by accident.

From the website:
AllSales custom antennas have been engineered for exceptional reception. Made from 1/4 stainless steel rod. Includes adapter for proper fit to Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK. Quadratec item# 75006.9263

I just cut the stock antenna and slid a piece of drip tubing over it. I finished it off with a vacuum tube cap.

Hope you can see this. The drip tubing is a perfect fit and just stiff enough. Warm it up to get it straight.

I bedlined my grill and painted my jeep letters a shiny black. The contrast between the glossy black jeep with the bedliner dull black grill and glossy black letters looks really good imo. I'll post pics of it when I get home.

Nice! What kind of prep on those before you painted them?

Here's the photos, taken off phone though. Not much prepwork, i removed letters using fishing line and scuffed up the grill with sandpaper. Then applied the bedliner. I painted the letters using touch up paint that matched my paint (blacks not hard to match) and let dry. Then I used 3m adhesive to stick to grill.
