I m not in law enforcement but my installer told me that most states have stiff fines if you get caught watching video on your head unit

Some states even have a huge fine for the shop that installed it!

Yea it's super illegal but passenger on the highway just music gets boring !

Search for Lokpick MyGig. Thing works great. Or, in spirit of this thread... a resistor to jumper the parking brake signal should work.

Use an iPad and get 37's with a lift and they can't see inside the cabin very well...

You can re route the ground to the emergency brake. Once you do that, if you pull it one click so it is not engaged fully, it will let you watch movies etc while driving and bypasses the security features.
