Default self draining plugs

Has anyone found or thought about a way to make self draining drain plugs for the tub I just had the worst down poor ever and murphy's law says the top is off of course
I am brainstorming something like adding a tube to the factory plugs allowing them to drain and not let water or noise in anyone done this or have any good ideas?

There is a bypass but I'm not sure whats its called. U can always get an aftermarket Head unit like I did and it plays DVDs while in motion.
