I did my wheels w herculiner. Real pleased w the results. It has lasted about 6 months, been mudding, not really crawling, not a flake. It also gives it more of a tougher look ....IMHO

Hands down the best $2.95 I have spent on my Jeep so far. ZERO seatbelt flap, absolute silence!

I'd like an idea before I head to my muffler shop.
The tailpipe doesn't burn anything underneath?

Thanks!

Magnaflow and Dynomax both have systems designed for the JK that put the exhaust here. I don't think they would take the.risk if it wasn't safe.

I did the same, i used the Dynomax 17523 (i think). Have it dumping over the axle as well. Been over 8 months, and no issues. I have a thread i made somewhere with my detailed write-up.

ok, i think i've been taking 'cheap' a bit too literal, but if it gives people ideas then that's my excuse for posting this!

it's pretty hot over here at the moment and i'm follically challenged so the need for some shade seems a pretty sensible idea.

i went to a local 'sells-crappy-shiny-stuff-cheap' store and bought a $5 lace netting household fly screen/door cover. i put a few holes in it where my trektop screws on and few across the front where the the top latches and then used my tarp hole protector riveter to fix the holes. a couple of tent poles later, 4 zip ties and 3 old clip things and that's it, one netting roof.

it also works with the trektop on, which was the idea.

ok i'll admit over 60-70mph and it bellows up a little, but its far too light to do any damage... (famous last words...)

Has anyone done this "The garage door opener in upper A-Pilar cover" and if so how? Do you need to pop the cover off, I can't seem to get at it from the top....
