There is, but damned if I could just find it with a quick search.
Basically drop the speakers/grills in the sound bar. You can just let the speakers dangle. Then take your Polyfil ($5 for a big bag of it at my local Meijer. I'd imagine Walmart would have it too. It's in the arts/crafts area) and stuff it inside. You are basically trying to fill the void inbetween the 2 speakers. I'm by no means an audiophile but it sounds a bit less 'hollow' to my untrained ear.

Thanks for all the help guys I couldn't remember where I saw the post I knew it was either this one or what was done to your jk this weekend, I just narrowed it down to the wrong one, thanks a lot
