You can run them without the hard top anyway. Those black spacers on the freedom panels fold out to space them for you. They are designed like that. I run mine year round with only freedom panels.

Which ones? In the back? Maybe pics? And how do they hooks at highway speeds? We are planning on only running Freedom Tops and front doors till street Rubicon this summer

All you do is remove the top. Flip the black hinges/spacers down shown in the picture below and re install the sound bar hand screws and your done. Panels are totally solid at all speeds. I've run with doors on and off. They are designed to be run without the top from the factory. If you installed the panels and did not flip down the spacer, the hand screws would go through the top.
