I always check the forum on my phone. Is there a gallery with all the cut factory fenders? I want to see pics of the different angles and cuts to the front fenders to get an idea for mine

There are several threads on cut fenders. You should be able to see tons of examples, but i dont know about any threads off hand. I didn't use a model, already knew what i wanted. Also, most of my structure is still there, so they are still pretty sturdy.

Check out Red's Fender Trim. I believe it's a sticky. There are a ton of different variations where people have adapted it to their own styles.

Yup. You need to cut at a steady pace or it will melt the plastic. You will see when you do it. You can use an exacto knife and sand paper to remove it. Good luck and post up when your done.

I hated the way jeep made the inside of the hardtop white. All of my interior was black except for the roof. So I plasti dipped it to see if I liked it. It looks awesome (sorry about crappy pics) and call me crazy but I think it helps with staying cooler in the heat.

How do you do that to the inside of the hard top? I'm new to all the mods and have a black 2012 rubi that is blacked out. What do you use and how do you apply?

Yep. I took off my top, turned it upside down and set it down in my shop (open all your windows/doors if you're doin it inside like I did), then I put on 5 coats which takes about 6 cans of plasti dip. I let mine dry for 24 hours and it still smells. I suggest letting it dry for 2 days before putting it back on.

Helpful hint: don't tape your windows because the plasti dip scrapes off with a razor blade but the tape goo doesn't.
