I got mine on ebay for like $3 each shipped. Most guys use a 3" hole saw that goes on a drill. I just used an attachment on my dremel to cut. Just mark the cup holder and cut. I drilled a couple of drain holes on the bottom. Some I think have drain holes. I uses a little black silicone to glue them in even though the hole was pretty tight fitting.
