uh - why - when the arm that connects the mirror to the glass is fully adjustable? Just adjust the arm way up and then the mirror. At least this is true in my 2012 JK.

you can push the mirror up all you want but flipping it over STILL provides more visibility....its the dumbest damn thing ive ever seen but it works....and its because of the TAPER of the mirror...flip it over, get the WIDEST part of the mirror on top and youll see MORE width and OVER the headrests....it works.

Take 2' inch PVC and a female coupler and glue together using PVC glue
<img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=340113"/>
Used a 2 3/4 key hole saw and cut out circle for the PVC pipe to fit down in the bumper.
<img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=340116"/>
Used a male threaded cover to keep water out of bumper when not in use.
<img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=340117"/>
Cut another 18inch PVC and attached male coupler for actual rod holder. Then used a dremel to cut out the notches for the reels.
<img src="https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=340118"/>
All painted flat black. Looks like a gas cap been left on the bumper.
I have just the price in PVC. All done for around 20.00
